A Rare case of Ectopic tooth associated with Dentigerous cyst in maxillary sinus

Ectopic eruption of teeth may be associated with developmental disturbances, pathologies or iatrogenic. eruptions 3rd molar in maxillary sinus is relatively rare. This article reviews a 30 year male who reported to the out-patient department Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery complaint pain swelling upper left side face since 15-20 days. Orthopantomogram revealed an impacted tooth cystic lining. Provisional diagnosis dentigerous cyst relation ectopic was made. Surgical removal from using standard Caldwell-Luc approach treatment choice along pathology. Asymptomatic cases should managed similarly as tendency form tumor possible.
